Shenyang Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University is a modern large-scale comprehensive digital university affiliated hospital with 130 years of history, integrating medical treatment, teaching and research. It is responsible for multiple tasks such as consultation and first aid for some critically ill patients in Northeast China, North China and Inner Mongolia, academic research and doctor training. The design output of Shengjing Hospital Washing Center is 20 Tons/day, and all equipment is provided by CASTIC-SMP Machinery Co., Ltd. The CBW system is the American Milnor brand. The equipment consists of one 8-module (68KG) pulse-flow tunnel, one MP1604 water press (40BAR), three MT140 pass-through dryers (140KG) and other ancillary equipment.

Shengjing Hospital Washing Center, as the largest medical washing center in Liaoning Province, has achieved great results-Energy Savings by introducing Milnor pulse flow technology to ensure the provision of better quality products and services to the laundry and medical industries.

At present, the Shengjing Hospital Washing Center can effectively treat 15 tons of linen within 8 hours a day, with an average water consumption of about 4.5 liters/kg, while the tunnel is only 3.5 liters/kg. Before, the daily output of 7 tons, washing 1 ton of cloth consumes 21.5 tons of water, now the daily output of 15 tons, washing 1 ton of linen only 4.5 tons of water; With Milnor pulse flow tunnel, Shengjing Hospital washing center doubles the output but only uses 21% of the water compared to the previous one. In addition, the steam consumption in the washing center is also reduced by 50% compared to the previous one.
